Eligibility criteria for FCIC

1. French language proficiency – French language is the main key of this program. The French language is compulsory for the applicant. All applicants must achieve French language(NCLC) level 5 in each and every module which includes reading, speaking, listening and writing.
2. Work experience – Applicants should have minimum 1 year work experience within the past 3 year of duration. The experience must be under ‘training education experience and responsibility (TEER).
3. Education qualification– Applicants must have Canadian secondary or Canadian post secondary education. If your education is from outside of Canada you must require an education credential. Your education potential should be equivalent to Canadian secondary or post secondary education.
4. Job offer letter– For FCIC pathway program you must have genuine offer from authorized employee. Your offer letter must have all the eligibility criteria according to Canadian employment rules and regulations.
5.Intention to live – applicant must declare that they will live in the community where his or her job is located.
How to apply in FCIC pathway program?
There are few steps for the application process. Follow this simple step for your FCIC Canadian pathway program application.
Step one – Applicants must have a certificate of recommendation from the community’s economic development organization. Certificate of recommendation is proof that applicants confirmed with a legal job in the community. Without this process you cannot apply for your visa process. Make sure you have a certificate of recommendation from an authorized community which is authorized by Canadian immigration.
Step two – Submit your application for the visa process. You can apply from the official website IRCC Canada. Once you create an application portal, you will be provided with a proper document list. Fill up all the details properly and submit the application. Once submitted, will receive your UCI number and application number.
Step Three – Temporary residency status should be maintained, if you are applying from within Canada your temporary visa status should not be expired. Wait for the final decision of your application. You can regularly check the application status from the IRCC official website.
